Child and Baby Vaccinations

Baby Vaccinations

An easy to read guide for your child’s early years vaccinations can be seen below:

We follow the national immunisation schedule as set out by the government and NHS. You can view this below:

Older Child Vaccinations

Once your child is of school age, they will receive certain vaccines during their time at school. This includes the flu vaccine for ages 4-16yrs, and HPV Vaccine from 13-14yrs.

Information on the HPV vaccine specifically can be found on the NHS site and briefly in the image below

Missed Vaccines

If your child misses a vaccine from the schedule, do not worry! There are ways to receive a “catch up vaccine” via NHS clinics. Please look at the list below and access their site for more information.

What is a Vaccine?

A vaccine is a type of medicine that trains the body’s immune system so that it can fight a disease it has not come into contact with before. Vaccines are designed to prevent disease, rather than treat a disease once you have caught it.

For more specific information on ALL vaccines, please visit the Vaccine Knowledge site by clicking here.
