Our Primary Care Network Team
Our GP surgery is part of the Chiswick Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN is a group of GP surgeries working together in a specific area to focus on local patient care. By working as part of a PCN we can offer you more services by sharing resources and employing more staff. This currently is seen through the use of our Hub practice and further out of hours appointments and Saturday clinics.
